Single Family Homes and Homesites

This area of Poplar Grove development consists of 104 single-family homes and homesites with expansive marsh, deep-water or pond views. The majority of these homes are located near the main entrance to the property and extend toward and around the community boathouse.

Townhomes and Cottage Homes

This area will consist of 167 townhomes and cottage homes with views of the marsh or the community park and ponds. Ground will be broken on this phase of development early in 2008.

Equestrian

Poplar Grove's equestrian area consists of lots, ranging in size from 3 to 20 acres. South Carolina's first "Green" barn, a community center, community boat landing, boat storage, equestrian riding trails and kayak outposts will also be constructed in the equestrian phase.

Plantation Lots

The homesites on these large, plantation-size lots will range in size from 20 to 100 acres, and will be the only individually gated properties in Poplar Grove.
